Rock Honda Service

Brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change/tire rotation. Drop off was easy and Shafiq was great. Received a call when it was ready, and pick up was quick too. I had purchased the maintenance package when I leased the car, so there was no cost.

Rock Honda also provided a short video clip of what the mechanic technician inspected, which was cool to see. I felt that we were able to negotiate a fair price for the services recived, so I'm happy with the service. Plus I was able to enjoy the waiting lounge, hot coffee, and other amenities. Edited to include wait time: time wise I think I was out of there in under 2 hrs...maybe even under 1hr 45 min. It was faster than I expected but there was also only 1 car ahead of me when I arrived for my appointment.

Dealership is extremely nice and clean, provides free drinks and water while waiting. Staff is friendly. I gave it 4 stars as I had my first appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Showed up 30 minutes early, got checked in, 3 and half hours later I was finally leaving.

The service person was very friendly and helpful. Did not pressure to do scheduled maintenance. Service was quick. Much easier and faster with appointment. A+++
