These people are a 10+! While traveling on vacation my diesel pickup got sick. Searched for a repair shop and found them. I thought the worst but was surprised that I found The Best. Debbie (the Owner) and Brent, ( diesel mechanic) were Honest, Knew their business, were affordable, thoughtful, immediately went to work on my truck and had us back on the road in two (2) hours! OUTSTANDING PEOPLE & SHOP!

This shop has been an absolute lifesaver for me over the past couple of years. Not only do they offer the lowest labor rates in the city, but they happily let customers supply their own parts—a huge money-saver for both sides. They quote labor upfront, stick to it, and consistently beat every other shop I’ve checked. Here are just a few examples of the work they’ve done for me: Replaced a high-pressure power-steering hose on my 1993 Chevy pickup (a job I tried myself and ended up dumping fluid all over the street). They knocked it out quickly and even let me bring my own part—something almost no one allows. Terrible work. Brought in the truck with 4wd problems. Told them it wouldn't go into proper position even after replacing 4wd shift motor. They said they found an electrical problem from swith to motor. Had them build a harness to fix it. After paying $1100 to have 2 wires that are about 6" long each, 4wd worked one time. Took to a different shop and they said that the shift motor had never been replaced.

After 13 hours of travel we had an oil sensor go out. When we contacted Rock Springs automotive repair, they fit us in there schedule and got us back on the road in a day. They were so professional and kind. They even offered to drop us off at a hotel while working on our vehicle. What a great team they have. Oh how I wish all repair shops were like them!!! Very nice people and "fair" pricing only nice thing I have to say. Be prepared to redo everything their mechanics touch. Definitely don't trust them with brand new suspension parts and wheels. I was being nice and only asked for partial refund should be a full refund plus $350 for damaging a brand new wheel. Pretty basic task for your mechanic. He was given 2 chances at getting it right. Failed miserably.
