Extremely transparent about their pricing and I didn't feel like was trying to sneak in anything extra to make an extra dollar. I will definitely be buying all future cars from them if possible. We drove nearly 3 hours from Salt Lake to buy from RSHT and would do so again in a heartbeat. It's hard to find that small town, family atmosphere in car dealerships these days...let alone a place where there isn't any pressure and you can choose what works for you without any unnecessary pressure...but this is the place. I thought my fuel pump had gone bad. I talked with Connie (very knowledgeable) in the Service Dept. They spent 4 hrs trying to diagnose the problem. Finally figured out that I had no gas when they went to get a sample of the gas to see if I had gotten bad gas. It turns out that there was no gas in the tank. Talk about “embarrassed”. They didn’t make me feel bad at all. She talked to the owner and they decided to only charge me for 1 hr of labor and they put in just enough gas to get to the gas station to fill up.
