Rockbottom Road Service and Recovery

So last week I got stuck on the 211 east bound, the PD was nice to help me call a tow truck which I was grateful for until the truck pulled up, he act as if he called someone and was on the phone turning his back he then came off the phone and said it will be 300 dollars which was less than 10mins he tells me he needs cash no problem.
