Rocket Tow

Alec is great. I would advise anyone in need of a tow to call this company and put in a request for him. He's been sent out twice to help my family when we were having car trouble and his friendliness and professionalism made all the difference in a miserable situation.

Rocket Tow & Alec Saved the Day! I can’t recommend Rocket Tow and especially their driver Alec highly enough. My car broke down at the worst possible moment, and Alec arrived exactly when promised, calm, professional, and genuinely kind during what was already a stressful situation. He kept me posted on his ETA with calls, which made all the difference. Then I managed to make things even worse: after the car was loaded onto the flatbed, I realized I’d left my wallet inside. Panic mode. I called Alec in a total fluster, and without hesitation he turned around just a few minutes away, pulled over, climbed up onto the bed, unlocked my car, and handed my wallet back with a smile—like it was no trouble at all. Rocket Tow really came through for me today! I made the mistake of thinking I could limp a few miles to the tire shop on a flat. Turns out that was a bad call and I ended up stranded on the side of the highway. Rocket Tow showed up fast and completely saved the day. It had already been a rough one and things were only getting worse, but their quick response turned it around. Huge thanks to them! I needed a good laugh after everything and when I saw your slogan I couldn't stop laughing! 🤣🤘🏼☠️

I got a random flat across town and Rocket Tow was super quick and helpful during a stressful moment! Shout out to Alec, he was very communicative and helped me get to the tire shop! I've used them a few other times as well getting towed from my home and they are always on top of it.
