I had a great experience with Rocket Towing and Recovery, especially with Chris Cowart. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He helped pull my car and took the time to help me figure out what the actual issue was so I could get it fixed properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just doing the job and leaving. His attitude, patience, and expertise really made a stressful situation much easier. I had an excellent experience with this towing company thanks to Brenton. He called me when he was close to my location to be sure he found my car quickly and without any confusion. From start to finish, he made sure I had a great service experience—he moved my car with care, speed, and accuracy. Brenton also went above and beyond by making sure my vehicle was taken to the specific Chevrolet service provider I requested. He let me know as soon as my car arrived at the dealership and even spoke with my service advisor to explain what needed to be done. Brenton is an outstanding employee and truly represents this company well. He should absolutely be recognized and rewarded for his amazing work and customer service.
