Purchased a rear differential for a 2013 Suburban. Very pleased. Customer service was Fantastic. They delivered it to my home delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Differential was installed and worked great. The differential was in excellent condition and they even cleaned it up nicely and coated it with what looks like undercoating. Very impressed. You usually don't see that with recycled parts. Will be using Rockford Auto Parts alot more often.

I needed a new transmission for my car. Their parts are high quality and the price was very fair. Dave helped me out and was so easy to work with. 10/10 customer service. Highly recommend Rockford Auto Parts to anyone looking for great service and dependable parts.

Nate was extremely professional and understanding. The office had a hiccup with payment, and Nate had no issue staying around to make sure things went over smoothly. I did not feel rushed at all and he has a very friendly personality!
