RockJock 4x4 / John Currie Performance Group

I’ve been steadily, and somewhat foolishly, been rebuilding a nearly 30yo Jeep. Ordering multiple times from this coming has been a great experience throughout the years. But today was the best yet. The rep that I was working with split my order, since some parts were backordered, shipped me a a partial so I could continue working and rebuilding. Travis was great to deal with and highly recommend!

2 stars because of terrible customer service. I believe the product is awesome. In my case, I bought the anti- rock seat bar though the local offroad store. The store stated that the sway bar would ship directly from the manufacturer. I waited 2 months for the sway bar only to find out during install that they packed the wrong threaded rod end on the passenger side. I wrote to Rock Jock customer service and explained the issue. The service representative said that I needed to contact the store where I bought it to do a warranty return. Now this might be normal but in my opinion the manufacturer could have just sent me the correct rod end and solved the problem. So I contacted the store where I purchased it. They agreed that it could have been solved better. I sent numerous pictures

I've never purchased anything here. But I'm a pickup and delivery driver. The shipping department personal is very cool. They offer me monster energy drinks, and they allow me to use their bathroom. As a driver, it's hard to find a place that will allow us to use their bathroom. Big up to this company. If I ever decide to sup up my ram 1500, I'm definitely going to hit them up.

My family and I visited the RockJock 4x4 by John Currie booth at the Slat Lake off-road expo looking for some suspension parts for my Jeep. Tony had the best customer service he treated my family so amazing. And Max back at the office took care of me over the phone and had my parts shipped before we even left the show. Due to the amazing customer service you now have a customer for life!! Thank you RockJock and Tiny for the amazing experience!
