Outstanding fast service. Had my MD inspection done in under 30 mins. They charged much cheaper than other folks quoted me. Also, they referred a lady to get her tires done somewhere else because “they are more competitive than me” with prices…unheard of. Very honest people here!

Had my motorcycle inspected a few days ago and overall experience was smooth and efficient. 30 minutes total. Don’t expect Starbucks vibes, it’s got mechanics fixing stuff so old school garage atmosphere. Will use again and recommend

After my vehicle inspection, I found out at my MVA appointment that my inspection was not uploaded to the government system, meaning I could not register my car. Rockville Service Center had entered my VIN incorrectly, in addition to spelling my name and address wrong (even though it was provided in writing to them with my check-in paperwork). Two stars instead of one for fixing this while on the phone, and responding promptly while I was waiting at the MVA. I bear part of the responsibility for not cross-checking the VIN myself. Still, this kind of error does not instill confidence.

Went for inspection and to replace my windshield wipers. Charged me $100 for the wipers when it should have been closer to $40 ($20 for parts and $20 for labor). They gave me a huge list of things to do to pass inspection so I'm going to take my business elsewhere and get these things done for much cheaper. Also the guy was trying to get me to change my oil when I did not need it to be changed yet and wanted to charge $45 for tire alignment and got angry at me when I said I did not want the tire alignment. They were also half an hour late with the inspection.
