Went to get my brakes done here, did a great job, quick and efficient at a reasonable price better than the overpriced dealership. Nate was honest, efficient, and friendly! Car stops buttery smooth with no squeaks, weird issues. To top it off they even give you an inspection of the vehicle and send detailed pictures further showing their transparency. This is a small shop but don't be deceived, they know what they're doing and definitely worth checking out for your routine maintenance! Also very responsive and quick to respond to your questions and needs! Would recommend for your basic maintenance and even repairs

True story. Visiting Chicago from Indiana, car broke down. Called Rockwell Auto Clinic who sent a tow truck and within a couple hours figured out the problem. By the next day they had the car repaired and we were back on the road. The team could not have been kinder, more helpful, or more efficient to an absolute stranger.

This is the 1st time I have needed a repair on our 2010 Volvo XC70 that we purchased in March. Nate was so easy to talk with when I called, knowledgeable, and confidence-inspiring. I knew right away I had found a great mechanic; someone I could trust to fix my car and not take advantage of me when I brought it in. Meeting and talking with him in person just solidified my initial feelings. The problem that needed fixing was fairly small; my car ran only OK before he worked on it, and it ran great after he finished! Although the shop was small, the setup was great, and he had the latest equipment to work on my car. So, I'm STILL on the hunt for an honest, good mechanic shop. Despite the 5 star reviews, most months, if not, years old, what I was told and what came to be, were on opposite sides. Dealt only with Nate, the owner, who immediately tried to schedule service, even though I didn't want that. I scheduled to have some work done on 24 June and was told it would be a half-day turnaround. On the way to the shop, I picked-up a screw in a year old tire, so when i arrived, that was the 1st order of business. Nate was also instructed to inspect the rear brakes and why the horn wasn't working. I arrived, on time, @ 930am and by 151pm, when i hadn't heard a thing, I texted Nate.
