Horrible liars. They lied to me even though I was a return customer. Charged me 2 times the value of the truck and everything started breaking down. I've had to repair it twice so I'm paying for a truck that doesn't run and literally leaks 3 quarts of oil a week! And they don't care. They're to busy golfing in Florida!!!

Mostly it was a very good experience. I have had some trouble getting some follow up work done. But I am happy and would recommend to others.

There is a reason why there are so many one star reviews... ridiculously high down payments and pompous customer service. Stay far away... I called in to inform them that my car broke down and I have a price range I would like to stay in. First he tried to give me a sideways insult about my budget due to misunderstanding what I was saying... when I corrected him and told him money is not really the issue I am simply choosing to be frugal. He then goes on to tell me he will not give me any verbal information of the 5 cars within my $10,000 budget over the phone. What a complete joke... Update: When I tried to speak with the dealership about a resolution, Abel just hung up on me. The repairs to make the vehicle drivable cost as much as the car. I was on their lot last Saturday looking for a car for my daughter who is a single mom and recently lost her vehicle due to an accident and it was totalled In an effort to help her avoid a car payment I was looking for something we could pay cash for. Their vehicles are sold without warranty, and I am aware some risk is involved. Never would I imagine that in less than 20 miles it would break down. I had it towed to a trusted repair shop and was told there was oil in the spark plugs and coils. It needs a plenum gasket which results in a new valve cover gasket, will need spark plugs and coils replaced. This is just to get it runn
