Rocky's Premier Auto Wash

Would NEVER go here again. One side of my car is filthy, as the other has scratches all over it. I paid for the deluxe with rim cleaner, paint protector, etc, all the works. And it’s filthy, the only thing it took off is paint. The front is the worst part, it looks completely untouched, as shown in the video. These were took immediately after

I pulled in to the car wash because my kid just spilled his drinking. No big deal right…. Well the girl at the pull through gave me a little towel but when I asked for one more she said she couldn’t even if I paid. Then the kids with the brushes started cleaning my hood with dirty brushes. My truck got scratched terribly. Well, you can keep your towel-let and your car wash. I’ll never go back to this place again. Typical Hammond business with terrible customer service.

Would get a lot more stars from me but the guys really need to be trained on washing cars. When you brush a vehicle the owner should hear you beating the hell out of the vehicle. It’s supposed sound of brushes on the vehicle and knock sounding like someone trying to wake you up. Also when there is no manger around they half wash your vehicle but you can tell when someone that’s in charge is around because they work a little longer when you come through and your vehicle is cleaner. Sorry but these car washes start off great and end up garbage a little while down the road.

The wash was quite good, but I was shocked that they didn't offer drying rags. Fortunately, I had some towels with me. I have never been to a self-service wash like this that didn't offer something to dry with.

Best drive thru-car wash in town! I’ve been through all of them and Rocky’s is definitely my preference.
