Rocky's Tire & Service

I went to Meineke down the street this past Sunday. When leaving, I knew my car wasn’t aligned correctly. They asked me to bring it back. After spending half a day waiting for them to align it correctly, they admitted that they can’t actually align the vehicle. So, I was driving around looking for a place. I saw Rocky’s and pulled in to see if they could help. They were really busy, but said “sure, we will take care of you”. They did. They work very fast and are cheerful and confident. Meineke charged me $80 more than Rocky’s (Big Brand) for an alignment that they couldn’t even do. Rocky’s has earned my trust and respect. They are competent and friendly. Who knew that they would be cheaper as well!!!! Thank you to Matt and his crew. Great dudes. Moral of story….make sure that the business

I work for a local HVAC company and I picked up a nail in a tire at 5pm. I called the fellas at rockies and told them the situation i was in and even though it would be close to closing time when I'd get there, they told me to come on in. They are awesome and I won't take a vehicle anywhere else after that experience. They took care of me so I could get back out and help others stay warm! Awesome people and great techs!

Jones was great. I called in before closing, and he was able to get me scheduled in last minute. He got me taken care off quickly and was fair on price. Thanks again Rocky’s!

These guys are awesome. Definitely as a review. Say online. They are quick and professional and very nice. They didn't have my exact tires in stock but were able to order them for me and get them to their location in a matter of hours. I was was also able to ask them a few pointers on how to get my car with a flat tire over to their location

Matt (90% sure i remembered his name) was really friendly and great at explaining everything in a non-patronizing way. Thought I'd need an alignment, but it was just tires rotation and balance. Thanks for being honest and not charging me for something I don't need! It's always refreshing to go to an auto repair shop where the men don't make you feel like they regret giving you the right to vote and drive lol
