I purchased a front coilover suspension kit through C.J. Pony Parts. The kit was delivered with all the parts except for the front caliber brake brackets; they were back ordered. They were never sent. I inquire with Rod & Custom, and was told they were sent out. I checked with UPS, the delivery company I was told the parts were shipped by... UPS advised nothing from R & C had been delivered other than the original packages. Bottom line, I had to pay ab additional $100+ on an item I never received. Very poor customer service.

The customer service for Rod & Custom is beyond that of any company I have seen. Any issue or question and they are only a type or phone call away. The quality is breathtaking with welds that would like they came out of a magazine. The installation of the crossmember wasn't rocket science and very straight forward. The suspension I haven't done yet but honestly I don't foresee it being difficult. If you are looking to purchase anything from them it will not be a mistake, but in fact the best decision you make. Above and beyond, customer service at the very best! I ordered through a major mustang supplier and Rod and Custom was third party, long story short, the main supplier dropped the ball and screwed up my order. I contacted Rod and Custom. The owner personally took care of me and made the order correct. I received it all in great condition within days. I was missing a part and contacted him immediately, his response was a text with a picture of a shipping label in minutes and sent it overnight! Will highly recommend and will be issuing them for all my needs for my Mustang in the future!

These guys are awesome I bought a front end kit for my 67 mustang a year and a half ago I can still call them to this day with any questions. They are very knowledgeable and they always have the right answers for me. I highly recommend Rod and Customs Motorsports their customer service is outstanding. Thank you guys

Great people to do business with. They went out of there way to help me with my 68 Torino Project and it was greatly appreciated. You can trust Rodger to do what he says plus some. They do great work, and treat you like family while they are doing it.
