Overall experience was great. Had warranty issue with my transmission. Brian did a great job with communication and letting me know what was going on. He followed up with me daily which gave me the piece of mind to know they were working hard to fix it.

I can’t say enough good things about my service writer Christopher. It’s people like him that make company’s what they are. He took complete control of my issues with my truck. He kept me informed about everything that was Done to my truck. He sent me texts every day on the status o my truck. Very professional young man. Chris at Rod Hatfield Chevrolet was so helpful and communicative during my repair process! They were able to get me an appointment weeks ahead of anyone else in town, and when I did go in, Chris took the time to explain exactly what they'd found wrong and how they were going to fix it. I received regular text updates letting me know how progress was coming and when I could expect to get my truck back. They even made sure I'd be driving again before my Christmas trip, and I'm grateful for the fix! I will absolutely be back if I need service again on my F150 and highly recommend to others.

Appointment was for a scheduled maintenance on my 2024 Tahoe, to change oil, replace filters, rotate tires, and exterior wash. Work was completed in three hours. However, on picking up the vehicle, there was no sound coming from the audio panel and was tuned to the FM radio (which is never used). The fan blower was turned up to full. The driver seat had been moved to full rear position. A canvas sheet used to protect carpet in the far back had been rolled to one side. Items in the middle console were rearranged. Someone had obviously spent time inside the Tahoe. As far as having no sound, the service Service department explained it was a simple coincidence that it occurred at the dealership. They asked if we could leave the truck overnight. They replaced the amplifier and the sound starte

Do NOT take your business here! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Had my car towed day of my appointment for it to get looked at, It has been 72 hours since my car has been there, Not one person has even looked at it. We’ve had to go into the dealership to complain to make sure they look at it twice already. Am at the point where I’m about to have my truck towed to another dealership to get looked at because of this pathetic service. Shouldn’t take me to have to go into the dealership four times for you guys to simply tell me what’s wrong with my truck. This is a continuing problem we have had with this dealership. And they just continue to all lie to me more and more. My car is now been there for four days straight. Not one single person has looked at it. Unacceptab
