Adam was unable to complete all of the repairs from my collision. I was led to believe that he was going to have another shop complete the work. After weeks of trying to get an answer or resolution, Adam stopped communicating and left my car repairs incomplete. He took the insurance payout as well as my deductible and left me with a car that still needs repairs. Poor communication skills, dishonest, unreliable.
