These guys and the lady at the desk, aka "The Boss's wife," are total bottom feeders for sure. So, I bought "New" tires on 1/23/2025, with a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, the car was in a repair shop not too long after that due to an unnatural accident (building storage units fell on the front of my car. In repair for about 2 months) I haven't driven the car much since then. So, as I was washing my car last week, I noticed a tear near the seam where the tire meets the wheel. Clearly, this is it a defect within the product. So I went back to the location where I purchased the tires. Cash, and ask for a refund or replacement on boat tires that I purchased. They tried to say they couldn't do anything without a receipt. So I got the receipt, and then they created another issue of the car ti
