Rodriguez Tire Service

Terrible and unsafe experience with Rodriguez Tire Service. They installed a new tire on my Mercedes-Benz, and only 2–3 days later the wheel popped off. I had to get the car towed to another tire shop, and the technician told me the tire was not installed correctly. The tire is now damaged and unusable, and it barely had any use (still had the new tire paint marks). When I went back to Rodriguez Tire Service asking for a replacement or refund, they refused to help because I didn’t have the receipt. The owner was also rude, disrespectful, and offered no solution. I’d take your money elsewhere. If you do go here, keep your receipt, because they won’t help you without it. BUT I highly recommend going to another tire shop!

Extremely professional and kind staff. Waiting room is clean and pleasant. While they couldn’t fix my tire (they were a last resort after four other stops) they were very nice about it and clear about my options.

Guys, before you do the service here please read it!!! It is not worth of your time. I came here to fix a tire and the jack was installed not in the right spot so the technician just damaged the the metal where the jack goes. But this is not the worst. The owner/manager just told me that I was a trouble and I had to go somewhere else, having said they did not damage anything. I am not a boy but, come on, just stop lying, admit the mistake. It happens. But the attitude can no be forgiven. Look at some photos and just decide for yourself if you want your car to be like that and if you want to be treated like that. It is not 1 star, it is ZERO!

I have gotten a bunch of work here for my car. The guys are very helpful and the prices are good. As a woman who is not the most car savvy these guys have never made me feel taken advantage of. I’m grateful to have a place near my home that I trust to take good care of my car!
