This shop. Rods Tire and Automotive in Medina Tennessee. Messed up my truck when I asked for a repair. Within 50 miles of leaving this place my axle twisted and the brake caught on fire. Now they are refusing to take responsibility for their negligence. You know what to do

Took my car there and they said it needed a fuel pump and told me it would cost 2100 to put a fuel pump on. Said it needed 6 new plugs and that would make it 3500. 1400 to put 6 plugs in a car. I wouldn't let my worst enemy take his car there. If you want it right in the rear,take your vehicle over there and they will give it to you like you have never had it before.

We had a grilled protector put on our 2021 ram 2500. They were able to work us in on friday when we phoned them on Friday morning. Issac and Krystal were the only two we came in contact with. They were both extremely customer service oriented. Very friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job on the installation and we would highly recommend them to everyone. We will be going back for our automotive needs. Thanks to everyone that works there for the great job.

I have had 3 quotes now and as someone familiar with the industry, they are not only overcharging for parts and labor, its over double the industry standard. Quote for a job that I have had quoted between 250-500$ (and 500 is too high, its valve cover gasket replacement for a small block Ford V8. 1.5-2 hours TOPS plus $45 for the gaskets at Autozone. They quoted me nearly $1,100 and told me it would be 3 days for parts. Autozone can have them this evening. Either they're rippingme off or they don't know what it takes to do valve cover gaskets on a V8 Ford. I'm gonna do them myself. Pic included is MY leaky valve cover gaskets to prove they didn't open the hood, if they had, they would've known $1,100 is not high, its absurd. Don't take it from me, if you use them, shop around first. If im
