Call to get an estimate to get jump start, he asked what area I was in and where I lived. He quoted me at $140 and it would about 45 min. to towe my vehicle. I told him he was not towing my vehicle that I needed a jump start. He stated the price was the same. I told him he was not driving my vehicle to my house so why would he charge me the same. He stated that was the price. So nope! Never used this seevice and never will. I called an online roadside service and was charge a lot less and they were here in less than 20 mins. So there's that!

This towing company offered great service late at night. They arrived in less than 30 minutes, and the driver was excellent. I was back home in less than 45 minutes. Their customer service team was also very respectful, and offered a reasonable price for their quick service. The entire team acted very professional.

I’m one of those who’ve made a career on active duty army and as everyone knows, I wasn’t been paid until December 1st. I’m limited financially, after 37 years, I’m usually not. Down to my last $160, I located a tire and a tow for what I had left. More than that I made friends today. “IF” you need a tow and you call Cabella’s their price is the best in Laredo and they care about their military service people.

Horrible experience. My truck had been towed. When I picked up most of my stuff was missing from inside! I didn’t understand why they had to take out my personal belongings from the inside. When I went back only thing I got was three things back. Still was missing my sunshade glasses, a bag with tools and spray paints, and a little container containing change. If you get towed by this company make sure to check everything is inside your vehicle.
