Hands down the worst service department I have ever dealt with. The last time I took my Corvette to them, they let it sit under a tree for three weeks while they dealt with the warranty company. I paid my bill and gave the ticket to the service writer. He handed the bill to an employee that went out to my car and wasn’t able to drive it. Since it was left in the weather for so long, the brake pads rusted to the rotors. I was then told there was nothing they could do because the service writer was at lunch. At this point I went to the service manager's office. The service manager acted annoyed and definitely isn’t a problem solver and has no business holding the position he does. Received an alert that I had low tire pressure. I put air in the tire, but could not get the TMPS sensors to reset. Stopped by the dealership to see if there was something I was missing. Kevin the service advisor looked at the car, and said he would have his guys take a look and see if I had a nail in the tire or the sensor was bad. I didn't have an appointment and really didn't expect to get the vehicle serviced immediately. Kevin took the car right in and I was on my way less than two hours later. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me and it was greatly appreciated.

Great service, the oil change was done within the time frame I was told. Afterward, I was reach by the agent after completion to let me know the car was ready. Thank you John (1st boot)

I recently dropped my truck off for an oil change. The service writer did his job and checked for any recalls currently needed. He said I have one for electronics update. I told him no, that was done 3 weeks ago when my truck was in for several days for a fuel module problem. He rechecked it and said no it wasn’t done then. Needless to say I was not a happy customer when I heard this. He took care of the update and did a timely oil change and restored my faith in the service department.
