KC and Mike was diligent in finding the problem, kept me informed, and explained everything thoroughly. They stand by their work, are reasonable and HONEST!! Called to see if they had time to evacuate my A/C system and Casey told me to come on by. They had it done in about 20 minutes. When it was time to pay, they didn’t want to charge me anything. Have been to this shop on two different occasions and had a great experience! I have got honest answers/solutions and pricing is very affordable. Bonus is they are right outside Vassar Lake gate. He has serviced my air conditioning as well as helped with a spare tire swap when I had a lug nut lock that could not be removed. Will continue to use this shop the remainder of our time here at Beale as well as recommend.
