I worked with Dale recently on the purchase of a used Mazda 3. Dale was the guy you want to deal with in these types of transactions - very personable and accommodating and had a good deal of knowledge on the overall Mazda experience, both on the product and service side. Also worked with a finance guy, I believe his name was Don, who was also very personable and knowledgeable. In total, the purchasing experience was as good as a consumer could possibly hope for from vehicle considerations, negotiations and then financing. No part of that process was pressured or drawn out, which I am very appreciative of. I have to say, my experience with Rohrich was nothing short of awesome. From my very first conversation with Jay to the final steps of the purchase with both Jay and Tyler, everything was exceptional. Jay made the car-buying experience both fun and educational—something my wife and I have never experienced before. We upgraded from our 2018 CX-5 to a 2026 CX-90 Turbo S Premium Sport (affectionately named Black Betty), and the entire process felt relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, Jay treated us more like friends than customers, which made all the difference. Amazing experience. If I could leave 10 stars I would. We came from out of state to buy a used car that was a great price, and Craig was our salesman. After seeing the pristine Carfax on their website listing, we were serious about the car. Craig dealt with us over the phone at thorough and timely speed, sent extra photos and videos, and David in financing is at the top of his game as well. Not once did I feel rushed or uninformed, nor like I was on the back burner, and the salesman didn't have that shady vibe.
