Zero customer service. 2 days late, no call, no text. Not one person notified me of anything. I had to contact driver and they wouldn't answer calls nor respond to text. Be very careful of using this company. NOT a professional company at all. The contract I signed was delivery for Monday the 17th not Wednesday the 19th. Driver can respond when not driving, or have YOU call the customer and give reason the delivery is running late. Poor customer service equals bad review. You'll be ok. I'm sure you will find another sucker to swindle money out of. Accountability, your company has zero. Take care now...
