If you're reading this, just go ahead and call them. Rolling Coal gets my highest recommendation. They are family owned and operated, and the most honest mechanics you'll find. I had a utility trailer bearing blowout at 430pm in the freezing cold, in the middle of a 12 hour haul, with no one else to call. They were leaving for the day when I called and they stayed, diagnosed the problem, acquired the parts, worked out in the freezing cold and got me up and running in less than an hour. I have never experienced such kindness and superior mechanical knowledge and experience. There is another place a quarter mile away that wouldn't help me, and when I asked, they said they didn't know anyone that could help me. I now know why. We had a trailer wheel bearing blow out on the highway on a 12 hour trip from KY to NC. We pulled off and called a bunch of places, and everybody said they couldn't help us, but when we called Rolling Coal, they stayed open late and Cole and his family had us back on the road in under an hour. Cole and his family are amazing! My family and I were on our way back to NC when our trailer had a major malfunction on the highway. Thank you. I called, explained the situation and this shop started creating a plan to get me back on the road. The problem and process to get my drive line back in the truck was clearly explained to me; once I got the air tank I needed, they were minutes away. After getting the drive line back in the truck it was recommended that I replace two additional u joints and yes sir I did. Great customer service and great work.

Add a flat tire just south of Jellico at 11:30 PM. They responded within 20 minutes patched my tire lowered and filled up my spare. Got me back on the road promptly. Nice people. Fair pricing. Would recommend for sure.
