Rollos Tires and Wheels

So I wanted to get my rims powder coated black. I looked around and read a few reviews on a few different places then a close friend of mine mentioned Rollos Tires and wheels. Ofc u looked on line at the reviews and they were really good. So I called the night before when they were closing and I spoke to Luis. Very nice guy and he told em to come in the next day at 8:30. He told me I would be able to get my girl done same day. So I showed up the next morning and he took amazing care of me. His customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. They were done around 3p. I didn’t run into a bit of a hiccup and immediately Luis and the manager Matthew who was very helpful handled the situated and my car came out looking great! Awesome awesome experience, they came and replaced my tires and rim after they were stolen . RUIZ WAS AWESOME BRO. He replace my rims with with the correct size rim and tire. He and his team was fast and awesome customer service. I went to discount tire and they didn’t offer the service that Ruiz and his team did. Discount tire tried to sale me cheap rims and tires and I just was not satisfied with the product. Thanks to these guys, and I will be back to get more work done

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my options. The service was fast, efficient, and done with outstanding attention to detail. Rollos has been in business for decades at 2 locations. I have been a customer at their earlier Richmond store and then Star Lane location. Service quality was always excellent. On October 2 I needed a Bentley wheel refinished for curb rash and found the Star lane store closed due to an electrical fire. So I was directed to the Bissonet store I wasn't aware of before. The refinished wheel was as good as new. Owned by the brother Alex I will certainly return here for tire and wheel needs. The price is better than the Star Ln store owned by Henri and quality of work excellent. They do all the refinishing work for Discount Tire across Houston. Highly recommended

Had a bent wheel repaired, results were great and highly satisfied with the speed of service. Mr Luis is an expert at dealing with people.
