I am writing this review because honestly I have dealt with some pretty bad people in my lifetime but going to Rome pre-owned auto dealership was one of the best decisions I have made in my life! They help me tremendously with everything I needed to do to get a car on the road and get myself into a new used car. I haven't had a car in two and a half years because I had gotten scammed a couple times trying to get a car fixed and they made the process so simple and they were so courteous and so kind and very very nice and helpful. I would recommend anybody and everybody to go there if they need to get a new used car. Tim & Rhiannon took such good care of us, they had the exact car we searched for online & traveled 3 hrs to purchase, the experience of buying & the whole process involved was easy, they were awesome to work with, very accommodating to our distance away by taking care of every detail for us in one easy trip. Truthfully I can’t say enough good things about about Rome Preowned. The GM Anthony and my saleswoman Rhiannon were the nicest most accommodating team I’ve ever met while vehicle shopping. I was very specific about my wants and they did EVERYTHING to make sure I was happy when I left. This place will take care of you and are very competitive with their offers.
