I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan from them , not even a day of having the vehicle I’m pouring oil out from the bottom of my car , took it to multiple mechanics and at first they said I needed a new turbo , now I have multiple issues with the car and basically have to rebuild the whole engine . They did not disclose any issues with the vehicle when I bought it . Paid 3500 cash and now I’ve put in almost 5 grand the fix this car . Do NOT recommend buying a vehicle from them .

Honestly, it's a BHPH, so you know what it is. I recommend doing research. I have bought two vehicles, both were toyota's. The first car was pretty reliable but it was at their last location about 4-5 years ago. The other toyota i got about a year and half ago & it needed repairs. Of course, the reason I go to them is because they will WORK with ANYONE in any situation, but now that my credit & financial situation is better I have moved on. I know people who have had issues with the cars they get here, but obviously because the cars are high mileage and are not reliable brands. If you do get a car here, please only get a toyota, or do your thorough PPI. I understand why the cars are in the shape they are in... Bait and switch. Wasted a trip across town for a car they lied to me on the phone, then to my face they swore they had on the lot. Con artists would be being to generous. These guys are trash.
