Where to begin. I called this shop because my windows and door locks weren’t working. Romo answered on the second ring and took the time to really listen as I explained the issues. What made me decide this was the right shop for me was how respectful and attentive he was throughout the conversation. I brought my car in the next day, and he and his team got to diagnosing the problem almost immediately. They explained exactly what parts were needed and gave me the pricing upfront. Romo's does great work! Customer service and repair prices are awesome! Took my 2001 Ford Mustand GT 4.6L to their shop, they were able to quickly diagnose and repair wiring issues with the rear brake lights and also performed a repair/replace job of the heads and valves. They kept me up to date on the repairs and provided pics of the progress. They delivered my car to my house and even washed and cleaned my car before doing so! Highly recommended!

After taking my car to two different shops that couldn’t find the issue, I finally brought it here. They quickly diagnosed the electrical problem and had it fixed within 24hrs.
