Ron Ellis Frame & Front End

I bent my rim after sliding in to a curb during the snowstorm in January. I called Mr Ellis he said probably bent tire rod, order your wheels and call him back when they arrive. I called back they told when to drop it off. He got me back on the road within that week , he was a little backed up but communicated the fact. He got me back on the road just like nothing ever happened...I would give Ron Ellis 10 stars...fair pricing also.

My vehicle broke down, I was out of town visiting and they were able to find the issue and repair it promptly. Then had another major issue a week later and they were able to fix that as well. Family run business, that cares about people and their vehicles. Met the owners and they were great. Excellent customer service and honest about the repairs, not like some places you go and they soak you for repairs that isn't really needed. Whenever I'm in town, I will definitely take my vehicle there for any further repairs instead of the big chain repair shops like I had before.

I really never write a review but feel obligated to give this business 5 stars. I have been taking my cars here for a while now. Mostly little stuff like oil changes and inspections. I took my daughter’s car here for probable bad rear wheel bearings. Fixed in promised time and extremely reasonable price for parts. Labor cost is best around. The mechanics must be fast as the labor cost is better than expected. Recently had my pickup in for an inspection and a few maintenance items. I was called with the vehicle needing brakes. I told them to go ahead and didn’t bother asking for a price. I usually do my own brakes but am not sure I could have done them myself for much less than they charged. Bottom line is this business is vey trustworthy and honest. The cars always drive like

I go to Ron Ellis for my yearly state inspection and would trust them with any of my car needs. The owners are incredibly friendly and handle any concerns with care. They also have fair pricing and do not trick anyone into paying more than they need to. I will continue to use them for all of my auto needs and repairs!

Second time here -,dropped the car off for brakes and was expecting the worst!!! Car was done in day and the work needed was half of my expectations. Price was good and the people treat you well.
