Had a great experience purchasing a pre owned RV. Nelson Valerie walked me through different rv’s explaining every option and function. Purchasing process was a breeze and easy. Had it ready to pick up within a few days with a final walkthrough to make sure everything worked properly. Justin went out of his way to make sure we installed the hitch properly and safely. Overall, great staff and team that focuses on customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Ron Hoover RV.

Just purchased our new RV about a month ago and the buying process was a breeze, all departments were knowledgeable and really seemed like they were there for us! Compared to other buying experiences this was a 10/10! Shout out to the service department for coming through for us on two separate occasions when they didn’t have to! Brittany is awesome!!

I just purchased a 40ft fifth wheel and hitch from Ron Hoover in South Houston. The experience was incredible! The entire team including the finance manager, sales team, parts department, and repair technicians were exceptionally accommodating and were able to get me in the RV with the brand new hitch ordered and installed in nearly 24 hours! I needed a quick turnaround and they delivered with flying colors! With every bump that came along in the process they found quick solutions and got me out the door as promised. I Trust him with my EPRO which has taken me to The Grand Canyon, Northern California, Siesta Key, Florida outstanding performance Thank you Chris for your hard work it goes noticed and appreciated.

Took a minute to get all the punch list items ordered and installed but they kept their word. Took delivery today of our 2020 Forest River Rogue Vengeance 351. (Needed windows, leveler jack recall, awning repairs, tires etc.) They kept in touch with weekly texts. Both service and sales deserve the steak dinner!. A bit too far for small service items but will definitely recommend. 3 stars uncontrollable delays, and inability to test everything (no liquids such as gasoline to test generator, no water to test water systems and hot water. Great folks there. Tim in sales. They did not replace slide seals but was a verbal agreement not charged... some issues noted when we got it home and will need to initiate warranty claim.
