Started a little shaky.....made several calls. Needed warranty work for our resealant product on our 2021 Solitude. Had been given a connection to LazyDaze Tulsa; Claremore OK. from manufacturer of Sealant which applied their product before being bought out by Ron Hoover of Tulsa; Claremore. Took a while , but finally made connections with Management in Sales & Service. Once they became away of our situation...they made the decision to "Take Care of a Customer"....even though we weren't a " Ron Hoover Tulsa Customer!" Service Manager returned our message, let us know they had left over product needed with applicators for applying it to our coach and because of the challenges getting to this point , would be "Pleased" to take care of Our need for "Reapplication" of Our needed product to hel

So thankfully I bought a NEW Camper with WARRANTY in TEXAS. But thankfully Ron Hoovers NEW location located in Claremore was there to help me with all my issues . They personally didn’t handle KZ manufactures but SCOTT LOGAN one of the service advisor was so helpful & was able to fix my issue through KZ. He was very attentive and got all of my issues fixed within 2-3 weeks(Liz took forever to get back with him) he was very informative always told me what it was . Always asked before doing. Contacted me when needed to and was very easy to reach EVERYTIME . I would definitely be returning if I ever have another RV issue. Ask for Scott Logan!!! 100/10

I don't think you could ask for a more thoughtful and nice group of people. Great staff and excellent selection of RVs. I want to give a special shout out to Jarrod H, Jessica, and Swisher Sweets. Thank you all so very much for all of your help with getting the Mobile Suites unit prepped for pick up.

Larry helped us purchase our first camper and was super patient when he walked us through everything and made sure we were safe to travel before hitting the road. I highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone we came into contact with during our visit was polite and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

would bot recommend! go anywhere else if you can. my countertop around my sink is already bubbling due to no caulking between the sink and countertop, my shower is missing caulking causing air bubbles between the wall and shower which creates mold! all kinds of scrapes on the bedroom furniture. make sure you check EVERYTHING before you purchase your camper. i bought mine brand new and this is what i receive. the day i looked at the model of camper i want, i said i wanted this one and the next few days go by i go to pick it up and a different one is prepped. it has features that are different like a different bathroom mirror and this one didn’t have the mounts on it like the other one. long story short, shady. just stay away!
