New customer here, I chose Ron Liebert Automotive because of the great reviews and I have nothing but good things to say about the shop. Ron clearly explained any work that needed done and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend and will return as a customer.

Ron seemed overwhelmed then took it out on me for some reason when I had a simple question about a service he provides. Was told to call back several times and each time had and excuse. One time his food was in the microwave and had to have lunch, next call he told me he had to focus on revenue generating services. Then I was told to call back later in the day. I called back later then he just too busy because he was the only one working. He was abrupt and rude but then would catch himself. Each time he was "just put out" I wouldn't recommend just based on his customer service skills.

Ron is an honest and fair man when it comes to his work. He is the only mechanic I trust my car with. I took my first car to him to get his opinion on if I toasted the engine. He did confirm that I did toast it and discussed what would be the best option for said car. With my second car, I've had him fix my front axle, front passenger wheel bearing, and put a new set of rotors on the front wheel. I've never had an issue with his work or his pricing. If you are struggling to find a trusted mechanic with your vehicle, don't be afraid to get Ron's opinion on it. You won't regret you did

Ron does quality work at a good price. They are very thorough and will keep you updated throughout the repairs. He's good at explaining mechanical issues. For these reasons, they are always busy. That's the price of dealing with a great garage.
