My Jeep slid down an ice-covered embankment, initially causing about $3,000–$4,000 in damage. I can’t believe what a nice experience I had with having a flat tire! I got flat tire on route 15 in Wharton and I called NJM roadside assistance. Charlie (I’m pretty sure he said his name was Charlie) from Ron and Sons was there within 10 minutes, changed my tire in less than 10 minutes and we were both on our way! He was pleasant, polite and efficient. Thank you!

In all my 46 years of driving I have never gotten into one of my cars that refused to start. They say theres a first time for everything and yesterday was that day. . I have AAA and Rusty showed up and very meticulously got my car onto the flatbead without causing any damage as its pretty low to the ground. Rusty said hes only been on the job for 3 months but his work ethic was remarkable. Great job Rusty. WIll definately use Ron and Sons if I ever break down again.

We own a 2024 electric Ioniq 5 that died on us while we were driving. We were stuck in the middle of the road without any power. We could not even turn on our flashers. We called AAA, and Ron & Sons Towing contacted us right away. Lewis showed up and could not have been more helpful, thorough, or friendly. He hooked our vehicle up quickly and towed it to the dealer. Ron & Sons Towing. Masters of Towing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They helped me get my Grand Cherokee out of a predicament in the snow. I say they’re Masters because they took their time to figure out the BEST Way to pull out my vehicle from the snow, vehicle tilted on a bank and leaning on a tree, without causing additional damage to my vehicle. The did an awesome job.
