Called early for a tow on the side of the road and called me back within a few hours to tell me what was wrong. He already ordered the part and had it finished within that hour. Even checked for a warranty for the part. The price was incredibly fair and I have only respect for my first time interacting with this business. Thorough, friendly, fast, and helped during a critical time. Thank you so much!

I have been taking my vehicles to Ron's for many years now. He has done everything from maintenance to repairs. The work was always excellent and the cost was always very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

A rebuilt starter was installed in my Honda Pilot the day before I drove to Williamstown. The next day I was stranded in the athletic field parking lot of Williams College. Campus police recommended Ron's Auto Repair. I called Ron at 5:45am. By the sound of it, I woke him up. We chatted for 20mins. about my issue and cars in general. He towed the car before 9am when the parking lot was expected to fill up. $85 charge which I thought was very reasonable. The next day he swapped out my dead starter and I was off and running. Total charge for labor: $140 and change. Also very reasonable. Tipped $25 which I rarely do with mechanics. Expect you'll want to do the same.

First off the son is the rudest man whos ever worked on my car before and when my mother called he decided to say he was too busy to talk and hung up on her then i got there and he was sitting there playing on his phone not doing a damn thing and basically ignored me til i said i was here for my car. Also Ron himself is nicer but hes way too in your business, I dont need to tell you my life story i just want you to tell me whats wrong with my car.Worst garage ive ever gone too would NOT recommend,also kinda sad that you can fix cars but not know how to drive them,don't know how many times I get stuck behind the owner driving and he never once has used a blinker.

Not only has Ron been a lifesaver in our times of dire automotive need, he's also been a warm and friendly man with a great heart and a welcoming smile. Best guy around!
