Ronnie's Harley-Davidson

I have owned multiple motorcycles throughout thw years but loved the FXDRS114 since inception. My last HD was a VRod and a Street Rod but got rid of them a few years ago. This year I wanted another bike so I found an FXDR on cycletrader.com it was at Ronnies. The next closest one was at a dealer in Florida and one in Wisconsin. Ronnies was 3.5 hours south of my home. From the moment I inquired about the bike to the time I visited their location I Pittsfield to purchase thw bike they were amazing Matt helped me out tremendously and once I arrived Ron himself and his Son introduced themselves and sat down to just chat about the brand, and their personal history. You dont stay in business for 70 years without having a great selection of bikes, remaining easy to do business with, and no pushy sales pressure, decision was all mine. I got to actually meet Ronnie which will make the moment even more memorable, glad I took the 4 hour trip from LI NY during a snowstorm, I FINALLY got the exact Harley I always wanted. The lifetime dream was finally made reality thanks to Ronnie and his great staff at Ronnie's Harley Davidson. Special thanks to Corey my sales person who also took care having the bike delivered to me on LI (being winter), Kurt who answered all my questions, Matt and Mia for taking care of all my financing and NY registration, paperwork etc. Can't wait to Ride back up in the spring instead of drive. I can't say enough great things about Ronnie's customer service and all the staff. They are all so friendly and treat everyone so well. My experience with Ronnie's is always topnotch and superb no matter what I am there for!! They treat you like family and I love them and recommend them to everyone for all your riding needs !!;

The staff at Ronnie's was very professional and responded quickly with any questions regarding the bike purchased. They to the time to bring my bike to there other shop where they could focus on getting but up and running. Thanks again to Nick, Kevin and Mia.

Im not the type to leave negative reviews on businesses but dealing with ronnies has easily been the worst experience i have ever had with any form of customer service. I bought a new cfmoto side by side that had a check engine light and electrical issues from day one. It took many trips to the dealership to attempt to diagnose and they not only failed to address a large chunk of the wiring harness that has damage but told me the issue didn't exist. I had to bring the machine to a different dealership to have the problem fixed. I had the two hundred mile service done at ronnie's while they were attempting the other warranty work, shortly after I had the drain plug fall out of the rear diff. It took them months to get around to the work and the dif blew up again less then 300 miles later. I
