Awesome customer service!!! Was dreading getting my tire fixed, slow leak in the back passenger tire had me filling up my tire every 2 days. I just purchased these tires (from online so I’m not shipping it back!) Ouch. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman greeted me and asked me what I needed help with… He had my tire off in no time and found the nail which was causing the issue. He quickly proceeded to patch it up and was done in no time! I paid with a cash to get the cash discount and was all fixed up for $30! Thank YOU! 🙏🏼

We have always had great luck with service and the kindness of the Culpeper location. Fast service, we received our 6 new tires in record time and put on, balanced and disposable fees can’t be beat!! They aren’t trying to push you out the door and will give you what ever information you are looking for in the tire world!! Our truck is our farm hauling truck, without it we can’t feed our livestock. Thanks so much. Great service!!!

I am very and happy to find the tires that was needed for us to get home on Thanksgiving. Everything was closed we were 35 minutes away from home when our tire gave out. We crawled it there and they had the matching size. As long as we got home that is all that mattered. May they be blessed with more good souls in that location. The tire prices are fair Service. Very fast, efficient, and affordable service. We needed a tire replaced while on a 9 hour trip and they were able to get us set up in about 15 minutes. We are very grateful!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Something punctured our tire on a road trip, causing a leak. It was near the end of the day and we’d already been turned away by one store that was closing. Ron’s was able to quickly change the tire for a reasonable price, allowing us to finish our trip home. Staff were also very friendly and helpful!
