Ron's Used Tires

Do not come here they are not honest. Neither do they care about your safety knowing that I had six kids to travel with. They promised that the tires they were giving me were better than the tires I had. They wanted to replace all four of them and I trusted them !! It’s been about a week now that I had bought four used tires from them cause supposedly my tires that I have. It’s safe enough to drive long distance. It’s been now a week in my tires. Need to be replaced. Three of them have metal particles coming out of them, one of them even having a nail in it. They kept my other tires and replaced them with their used tires. I've used Ron's several times over the years they've always done a great job. Most recently a friend of mine was forced out of her lane with her Mini Cooper and blew out a sidewall when a tire hit the curb. A new tire would have cost well over $100 and the tire store would've wanted to put on two of them since there was some wear on the other tire. I called Ron's first to make sure they had the size that we needed in stock. Since the tire was not drivable I took the wheel off and drove it over to them. This time they had a nice Pirelli available and the tire wear level was close to that of the other tires on the car. It did also have a small nick in it, but it would not affect reliability and you should know if you choose to get a used tire that it may have a nick or two. These guys know w

I’ve always recommended this place to anyone that need quick tire help but looks like they are trying to scam now. They offered new tires that Walmart had $40 cheaper per tire. Also to change tire and dispose of existing of 4 tires, they were going to charge $135 when down the street at Dominion Tire they did it quickly for $80. Shame but I will no longer recommend Ron’s Used Tires

They put on unbalanced tires on my vehicle and when I went back with concerns that my steering wheel shakes. He said I need to drive it for a while and the shaking will subside. Dishonest and unacceptable. All he had to do was balance the tires properly.

I've been here multiple times over the past few years. My last visit was about one year ago. Their price for used tires are cheap, yet very reliable in my past experiences. The longest I've ever waited for them to change one of my tires and be out of there was 20 minutes or less. (I also did not call in advance.I just showed up.) Everyone was friendly and helpful. I trust their staff and appreciate the timely service. Ive not been to other Ron's tires location, but I would highly recommend this one.
