Ron's Used Tires

Well, even though the trailer tires on the boat had good tread left, they were 8 years old. Let me just add, there's not too many tire shops who want to work on boat trailers. I watched them start to finish and they did a great job. I did have to stop them from jacking the trailer up by the axles (torsion bar axles can be damaged) but otherwise they did a great job. Pulled tires, buffed rim edge, new valve stems, balanced and mounted. Used an impact to tighten lugs but came back over all of them with a torque wrench. Great work!

I wish every retail experience could be this good! Literally everything about it was "right". Excellent price for the tire, knowledgeable, polite customer service, and the car was in the bay and out again with the tire mounted in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I went in to get 2 tires in mid December 2025, WHICH I PAID FOR, tire technicians pointed out my suspension had parts that needed repairs so my tires wouldn’t wear unevenly, i asked these employees if that’s something they did, they pointed me to another employee that was a mechanic, this guy told me it’d be 388$ that he needed the payment for. i provided this payment for these parts and this guy kept saying the parts weren’t coming in so eventually i requested a refund and this guy kept pushing it off so i said never mind just give me my refund, nothing less nothing more. this guy ghosted me, i then contact Ron’s main customer service number, the guy that answered eventually said this guy i dealt with WASNT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE. keep in mind this guy was recommended by their tire technicians

Wife caught a big nail and needed a tire patched. Many places wanted me to drop off or wait for hours. Called Ron’s tires and they said stop by and they could do it quickly. Drove up, they pulled the tire and had it patched in about 10mins. Prices were very fair and the people were super friendly! Definitely recommend.

They told me a price then at the end it was over $20 more with all the hidden fees. Charged me for things without asking me first. About the same price as new tires. They wouldn't even put air in the tires when I asked - he did one and left the others when I turned my back. Didn't seem like they wanted to work, just wanted to be paid. The guy at the front was chuckling, immature, debating with me when I told him that's the price for new tires. Totally unprofessional.
