Rooskie Repairs

Rooskie Repair has set the bar for what service is supposed to be. Making the appointment online was simple and required very few steps. I had an appointment lined up within the week (whereas the dealership is backed up for months). They were very professional, prompt, communicative, and easy to work with! Plus, I didn't have to work out other travel arrangements for that day - the service was at my home. I had several diagnostics run (tire monitor system, front camera not working, electrical issues). They fixed my passenger seat (it was disconnected and wouldn't work) so the auto seat adjustment works again! Not only that, but I have contracted him to replace my front camera since he can get it done so much faster than the dealership. And, he was honest enough to tell me which repairs mad

Spencer was great. Very knowledgeable. On time repairs done great. Great service great pricing communication was excellent. Top notch service would definitely recommend.
