Roots Tire & Auto Service

Roots Auto is my go to for most of my automotive maintenance and repair. The technicians can detect issues that a dealership (TOE) 😉 misses. The prices are reasonable and the quality has been consistent. IF there are any misses Bob steps in and takes care of any concerns (with a free ride home while the work is completed). I have no complaints with Roots and I’m thankful for all of the work they’ve done on my 2010 Sienna and 2011 Colorado. Trust matters when you own your vehicles and need to keep them up. Thank you Roots for being my reliable go to mechanic. Not having to worry has monetary value

Today I had a flat tire- the hottest day of the year- and this guy (wish I knew his name) WALKED to O’Rileys where I was parked with a heavy air tank! He helped my husband and I tried to figure out if it was a pluggable hole or if I was just gonna need a new tire. He helped us find the leak- filled it up long enough for me to get to this shop, And used his equipment to put on my spare tire for me So we could get back to Anderson. He was not going to charge us a dime for any of that! We tried and tried and tried to tip him, but he was not going to take it! That kind of kindness is set apart and we are so so appreciative! I don’t know about the other people in the shop, but this guy was good people! Thankful!

Had over $700 dollars worth of work done to front end and had to redo my self. Will never go here again and owner didn't even try to help me. It was 2 years ago but when you replace tie rods it shouldn't fall out and seals be busted. Was very terrible that my son and I could of wrecked when right front tie rod feel out.
