Used Rosales Auto Glass to replace the back window of my truck because I wanted to support the local business. The workers were pleasant, and they came to my house to do the job at my convenience. They gouged my paint somewhat getting the old window out, but not enough to complain too much. But weeks after the job was done, it became apparent the window was leaking. After several tries getting them to fix it, they finally came back out and tried to reseal it. Unfortunately, it still leaked. I called several times trying to get them to make it right, and they promised to "send a guy out" several times, but never did. Finally, they stopped returning my calls. I've taken it by Binswanger, where they said the window will have to be completely replaced. Wish I had gone there in the first plac
