I recently had a fantastic experience at Roscoe’s Auto! The team provided excellent service at a great price, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I went in for a routine oil change, tires rotated, and brake and rotor replacement. The staff was not only prompt and efficient but also took the time to explain the work being done. The transparency and professionalism were truly commendable. Moreover, they went above and beyond by replacing a headlight bulb at no extra charge. It's the little things that make a big difference! Contacted them about 10 this morning and by noon i had 2 new tires and an alignment. Service was outstanding! 10/10 recommend and will be using them for all future repairs and maintenance!

I used to come here for everything. Joey was amazing, he knew everything about my car. But he doesn't work here anymore, and it seems he was holding the entire place together. Whoever they have now gave me back my car with the air breather missing, thermostat screws not tightened, and the splash guard dragging the ground. Took it back to them a total of three times to correct their mistakes, the last of which they didn't do anything. I have since spent $2000 at other shops fixing what they broke, including replacing the radiator, which was fine before I brought it in. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was my third time coming here and I have to say they did and amazing job! Had to have my transmission replaced and these guys knocked it out the park. Not only did they give me a great deal way cheaper than other shops. They had it done and back on the road in no time.
