**AVOID ROSECANS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS** I recently visited Rosecrans Car Wash with high hopes of getting my car cleaned since we had to drive it from Virginia to here. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete disaster. Not only did they scratch my car's paint job, but the owner's response was absolutely appalling. The car wash staff did not only do a bad job of cleaning my car, but when I went to inspect it, I noticed that the paint had been scratched in several places. I took a closer look and confirmed that it was indeed scratches from using dirty rags, not just dirt or grime. I immediately brought this to the owner's attention, expecting a reasonable response considering it's a business that's supposed to provide a service without causing damage. Not sure if there's new management here or what but I'm literally sitting waiting for my car and writing this review because they are THAT GOOD and I was thoroughly impressed at their customer service. They are so friendly and communicate very well. The prices are decent too for this day in age. I'll be coming here often as I work close by. The employees and wash staff alike work hard and you can definitely see it. This place is a win in my book. Will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you, Rosecrans Car Wash!!!

I tried to reach out yesterday through the website with my concern right after my wash but received no response so here’s my review. Paid for the most expensive hand car wash package thinking I would get the best service, but boy was I wrong. The sponges and rags they use for cleaning left swirl marks all over the paint which was my main concern and the reason why I never took my car through any automated car wash. Not only was my car left dirty in some spots, but there are also new water spots and scratches that I have to buff out now. You would think that since they do detailing services here they would do better at least not scratching the paint. Very disappointing.

Excellent experience! When I dropped on my car, Brian asked great questions to understand what I wanted and then I left run errands. When I came back, thinking it would be another hour, Joanne had seen me walk up and came over to say my car was already done! Fernando and Maria did great work on the seat shampoo and interior detail - my car looks and smells fantastic! Will definitely be back.

I’ve visited this car wash a few times over the years. I live the fact it’s 100 % hand wash and I would come more often if they had extended hours. They close at 3 PM daily and closed on Sundays, which isn’t convenient for most people who finish work after 5 PM. It’s rare to find time for a 30-minute wash before their early closing time. They offer some perks. If you wash your car a certain number of times, you’ll earn a free wash of the same type. Paying in cash you get a free bottle of water. They’ve an open seating area where you can rest, wait, and watch your car being cleaned at the final station. The shop onsite offers snacks, beverages, car accessories, and more.
