Josh and Ed worked diligently with my carrier to finalize replacement components and progress forward with repair. They then patiently worked with the supplier out of California. Once the components were in hand they undertook the repair with precision. My vehicle was exactly as from the showroom, better. The paint work was exemplary. These are great people whose sole motivation is to restore your vehicle and make sure you are 100 percent satisfied.

I’m very pleased with the quick, easy service and costumer experience! I got my car back in less than 24hrs! & it looks like it was never in any accident! Josh was very quick and helpful with the paperwork and scheduling my service I came in not knowing how the insurance process worked and Ed explained the process since the day I came in! I got everything done within a day with the insurance and got my car in the shop right away. When I picked up my car, Ed also advised me what to proceed with (Insurance wise) & I appreciate that very much!! Thank you Ed! I am new to the area and I’m glad Google pointed me their way! After going through a whirlwind with a different shop. I found Rosemont Auto Shop through my insurance agency, and it was one of the best experience and customer service interaction ever. They went above and beyond with helping me understand my damages and did a great job of putting everything back together. I wish this was my first stop. Check out the pics!!
