Took my 2014 Forte to get the front suspension checked out ( had banging and clunking as I drove down the road). I mentioned my tie rods might need to be replaced. They checked the vehicle out and yes the tie rods were worn out along with the sway bar. They had to order the parts so the car at the shop and they had the car finished the next day. Francis was very professional and respectful. Answered all my questions and he was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. I had a extended warranty form there dealership and because I had the work done at there shop they waived the deductible. A+ rating.
