Rosenberg Car Wash

Great customer service! They had an issue with their car wash and weren't able to have my car washed but they definitely made it right! Shoutout to the manager for keeping his cool with other customers. Hats off to Adam! He handled EVERY customer with care! Keep up the good work.

My only regret so far is not taking a before photo! I had FOUR years worth of spills and stains (thanks to years of 2 littles in car seats) and I was thrilled at the results when I picked up the car today. I was told 3 hours but it was ready in less than 2 which was a pleasant surprise. I can’t wait to see how they look once dry. Mark and his team were very friendly and not pushy, so far very happy with my experience.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for full detail ($125.00). Came back 3 hours later to find my battery dead (wen jumped radio was blaring Latin music) they were using it as their personal entertainment system. Vehicle still dirty seats were smeared with dressing some spots have not been touched. Glass smudged. Went an got owner? Lady that looked in charge. She came out and asked for a little time to fix it. 20 minuets later she said it was ready. I was mad and ready to go paid my $125.00 got home and looked and it was still dirty. Never again.

Somehow tore the side mirror off my car then told me it was not their problem. Caught them taping it back together trying to hide it. Owner told me he refused to be liable and when I asked for at least a refund I was told that they had provided the service that I paid for and asked me to leave. Went to leave and in their panic about breaking the mirror they lost my keys. Never again will they get a dime from me.

Please make sure you don’t leave this place before really really !! inspecting your seats. I trusted the work because the seats were wet and seemed cleaned, but after drying the seats looked the same way I took the car in. I also trusted because this place was recommended to me, but definitely not worth the $100 I spent. I left voicemails and sent emails and apparently this car wash place has no owner or manager. Running a business should be done professionally especially if this is what you live of when you have customers that are paying for the services requested, but definitely lesson learned.
