My car was brought here for front end damage. I denied service they priced the work at 12k. I don’t live in Florida so I had to travel to tow the car. I leave a gun in my truck in a compartment. When I came to pick the car up my gun was missing. They showed no concern the manager would not give me the owners number. Had to file a police report. I’m pretty sure I won’t be getting my gun back.

They’re the Best! A deer and I didn’t see eye to eye. They were honest, restored my car, worked with my insurance company, and got me rolling again! Great work both times! Very nice staff!

I was in an accident with a coworker who owns a Mercedes. Unfortunately this is the only place in town that will repair them. They charge much higher labor rates than other repair shops in town, far beyond what your insurance will cover. I was at fault in our accident, and my coworker could not get his car back from them until I paid an additional $350 beyond what my insurance already paid them. If this shop thinks you have money, they will take advantage of you. Don't take your car here.

I am not one to do reviews but Jose and Roslunds Paint and Body are a must do. I took my 1 month old 2023 Mer E450 to them after hitting a deer. Jose was great in making sure the insurance co replaced all needed parts with OEM. The finished product was so good you could not tell the car had ever been damaged. This is my go to place and should be yours.
