Ross Auto Repair truly exceeded my expectations. I took my car in after a gate fell on it and left a lot of scratches. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but their customer service was excellent. They even provided a number so I could easily follow up on the repair. The experience felt very personal;like I was talking directly with people who genuinely cared, not just a company. They were always quick to respond to all my questions, very flexible, and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. I totally recommend them!

Not only did they send me pictures of the vehicle while it was being worked on, which I absolutely wasn’t expecting, but they also followed up with me a few weeks after the vehicle was done to make sure that I was happy with everything .
