Ross Tire Services

I just showed up did not have an appointment. They were very busy when I Arrived. The 2 guys worked very quickly to get everyone in & out ASAP even though it is a freezing cold day here. I just wish they had a area to wait inside like other tire shops do. As I was about to Leave another guy pulled up with 4 new tires he needed installed on his truck. He said he had waited at another local tire/Repair shop here in town that does have an inside seating area with a TV for 2 hours but walked after they had not gotten to him yet. They immediately got to work on him even though they had not had a chance to eat lunch for 2 hours.

My husband Ray and I own Ross Tire and we love our customers. We r a Christian business. Just a mom and pop tire shop. We believe in supporting community business. Ray and I grew up here. We r here for ur tire needs with fast and courteous service.

There was a young man named Steve who had excellent customer service and manners, was efficient on the quality work that he did. I would go back again , because of reasonable prices and Real Customer service 😜😁

Pulled in with a punctured tire and was back on the road in <15 minutes. Very nice folks saved the day!

Was having an issue with a valve extension of outside rear wheel on motorhome..put a longer stem to replace old. Now able to get chuck on stem without extension, one less connection to leak. Fast professional world class service...I would go out of my way to have them provide tire service again...great bunch of folks...it was worth a 100% tip ...thank you
